Dear Crissy and Pete, A belated thank you for the wonderful job you did for Adam and Julie's wedding. The food was truly delicious, the presentation beautiful and the organization and service top notch. I loved the tent and lighting and table setting - and the way you expertly handled set-up and food preparation and removal made it so seamless and smooth that guests were able to completely enjoy the festivities without interruption. I didn't even think about all you were doing to make this happen - until later. How do you do it? You and your staff did a superb job! I hope that you were also pleased with the result. (And how lucky for us all to have such a gorgeous weather day!) I was happy that I could help in the selection process of your being the caterer. But, being the mother of the groom - I felt my role on the wedding day was to "stay out of the way" - and let Julie's family and Adam and Julie take the reins on the reception details. Looking back, I wish I had been more involved in the awareness of what you were doing - and complimenting you at the reception. But the time went by so quickly. So - my belated thank you is a sincere one for helping us make this wedding event a very special and memorable day for Adam and Julie - and for our families and friends. Thank you!
